Headstock System 


²  High rigidity spindle structure: The headstock is designed with a large diameter spindle and large diameter spindle bearings, ensuring high rigidity and minimal deformation.


²  Large transmission torque: The spindle box utilizes a two-stage deceleration transmission mechanism, combined with a belt deceleration ratio, effectively reducing the inflection point rotation of the spindle and increasing its transmission torque.


²  Smooth motion: The gear system incorporates large modulus bevel gears, resulting in low machine noise during operation.


²  Low temperature rise of headstock: A large flow lubricating oil cooling device is employed to provide efficient lubrication and cooling for the bearings and gears.

 

Clamping  System :


²  Our company employs V-shaped fixtures that clamp steel pipes through their centers, preventing any opening or deviation from the center. The rack and pinion structure ensures precise centering accuracy. Hydraulic drive provides substantial clamping force which can be adjusted as needed. Additionally, hydraulic locking mechanisms are implemented to prevent loosening.


²  In traditional chamfering machines, clamps move along guide rails located beneath the steel pipe while hydraulic cylinders are positioned between these guide rails. This setup results in specific clamping mouth phenomena where clamping force does not pass through the center of the steel pipe, causing offsetting at the spindle's center.


Feeding System :


²  Pre-drawing process is applied to lead screws to avoid deformation caused by temperature rise. This ensures accurate positioning and repeated positioning accuracy while enhancing rigidity and service life.

²  Precision planetary gear reducers offer smooth operation with minimal backlash.

²  Large diameter precision ball screws are adopted for improved performance.

JDS Series Pipe Facing and Beveling Machine is a CNC horizontal pipe end-facing and chamfering machine independently developed by our company.

It is primarily used for steel pipe end processing, including beveling, facing, and chamfering.

The machine adopts the processing mode of fixed steel pipe and rotating tool.

It consists of a foundation bed base, headstock, lead screw feed system, tool system with floating function, clamping system, pneumatic system, and lubrication system.

 

This machine features a Siemens control system equipped with a walking beam and transfer table conveyor table. The entire system enables automatic feeding, positioning, workpiece clamping tool feed processing as well as workpiece loosening and conveying finished products. With its automatic cycle capability,

it achieves continuous automatic processing to significantly improve work efficiency while providing continuous mass-production solutions for enterprises.

This equipment is particularly suitable for oil casing pipes, welding pipes high-pressure boiler pipes pipeline pipes light pipes, and other types of pipe mouth processing.
